The problem is on line 378 of ruqueue.sql (as of ruqueue 1.2.2) - it's not action but "condition" which is a MySQL reserved word. It would be preferable to change this field name in the next major release, as it is probably bad style.

However, quoting the word with back-quotes in the .sql file will allow use of the word.

On the version 5.0.26-12 of MySQL "ACTION" is apparently a reserved word

so the following table creation did not work :

CREATE TABLE script(
id int( 10 ) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT ,
queue varchar( 80 ) default NULL ,
condition varchar( 80 ) default NULL ,
ACTION varchar( 200 ) default NULL ,
template varchar( 200 ) default NULL ,
PRIMARY KEY ( id )
) TYPE = MYISAM ;
