The format of the multiple choice questions when viewing items can be improved. I suggest, leave a space after ':'. Option need not be printed on each item. you may want to say Options above the list of items.

Why not add other kinds of questions, like filling the blanks, short answer questions etc. Where user can choose a kind of question. LOM already contains a list of such question types.
