In the meantime, I would suggest deleting the offending atom and adding it once again.

This is an interesting idea for new feature, but I don't see myself implementing it anytime soon. It would be nice if someone would try to implement it instead.
For now, I am adding to the end of my (long) to-do list.

- open BKchem
- go to the bond insertion mode and draw two connected bonds. The first bond has an angle of 0° the second one of 30°
- now you remember that the second bond should have an angle of 18°, so you want to change the bond angle.

Result: Intuitively I clicked on the end of the bond and want to drag it to get the angle I need but this doesn't work. Using the edit mode to drag the bond end always changes the bond length and doesn't lead to a defined angle of 18°.
