Makefile variable 'hypdir' should be renamed to hyphdir for clarity and context.

I have made the necessary changes- moved each dictionary to its own folder and created make file. since there was a change in packaging in debian hyphenation pattersn, makefiles need to be modified. Shravan is doing it,

Currently hyphenation dictionaries for different languages are installed manually following instructions given in wiki http://wiki.smc.org.in/Hyphenation

We should have a Makefile with following targets.

all:

1. Create openoffice.org-hyphenation-xx files for a language with one line content: HYPH xx IN hyph_xx_IN
2. Prompt user to run make install as next step

install:

1. Copy hyph_xx_IN and openoffice.org-hyphenation-xx files to proper locations
2. Prompt user to run make update as next step

update:

1. Run update-openoffice-dicts

release:

1. Create tarballs for every language with a copy of the Makefile.

We have to create one directory per language. We have to have properly version-ed releases to make updates and packaging easier.
