Page renders fine for me.
I think the problem may be that the page does not
explicitly denote the encoding used for the page.
My browser defaults to UTF-8 mode, and the text renders
as expected, but if your default is a different encoding,
it will not render as expected.
I have no control over the web site or the archives.
You will need to contact the site administrators about
including the character encoding (either in the HTML or
in the HTTP response header) so browsers will automatically
switch to the correct encoding when rendering the page.
