It's not perfect, but probably what most people would expect and we can add a syntax for pre WipeArg later if it's really needed. Right now it works for everything that I need it for, though you cannot use it to enforce a labeling convention like \label{(eq|thm|sec): |

Sometimes you want to be able to check the arguments of WipeArg macros, but often you don't want to match them accidentally. It would be nice if there were a way to specify which behavior is desired.
