Implemented in svn revision 1106.

One pin can be inverted by ~ <num>.
More pins can be inverted by ~ ( <num> , <num> , ... ).

There is no possibility at the moment to have inverted some pins and others not.

There is also another patch for inverted pins, see bug #35186 "inverting pins with "~" doesn't work for pin lists (i.e. vcc)".

I would prefer to implement the solution proposed there { using "~(1,2,3) } or even implement a solution where single pins can be used normal or inverted. This would then also work for the other board mentioned below.

The LM3S811 dev board (Rev. A) uses a FT2232D chip and has all the relevant pins brought out to a pin header. So it is possible to use this board as an AVR programmer. However it needs and active high BUFF pin.

Schematic for this board is available here:
http://www.cs.put.poznan.pl/wswitala/download/pdf/811EVBK.pdf

I attached a patch to support inverting the BUFF pin, fix a bug in avrftdi.c resulting in incorrect pin names and a config file with the necessary settings for this board.

There is also a Rev. B board, which has a different pin layout, but I don't own it and it looks really hard to support, because it needs a LOW output on one BUFF pin and a HIGH output on another BUFF pin.
