A token can be written in multiple ways. There should be a way to configure libvarnam so that it knows to treat these tokens in a uniform way.

For eg: In Malayalam, Chill letters can be written using old and new method. Currently it is handled at the code where we normalize the character before learning. This should be provided as an option in the mapping file itself.
