Starting from a focus in the list of feeds, the tab cycling proceeds to

Add a Feed
Show Feed Information (followed by Browse if feed information is shown)
Item list window
Item window (first URL in item)

It then allows you to cycle through the URLs in the feed window, but Shift+Tab to go back does not let you out when you get back to the first URL; it returns to the last URL. It should instead return to the feeds window. This does make it more difficult to cycle among the URLs down there, but it would smooth out overall tab navigation. Alternatively, a different tab could go back out of the item window. If this is already the case, it should be more obvious which it is.

Furthermore, the tab-cycling order is not functionally logical, despite its spatial logic. Most of the time, after moving through the list of feeds, the user wants to move through the list of items. So the tab should go directly to that, and only later to Add a Feed and Feed Information.
