Python has decided since 3.4 that the output of python -V will be on stdout, while before on stderr. It basically breaks the version detection used by py-hla cmake for python 3.4.

Instead of using custom logic to detect python version, I suggest to use directly the string PYTHON_VERSION_STRING computed by cmake in PythonInterp.
