bug #48267: Devilspie2 will only set window attributes for Firefox on a devilspie2 restart.

When matching Firefox by Application Name, Devilspie2 will only detect it when it is restarted. Any Firefox windows opened while Devilspie2 is running are ignored.

Printing out the name of each application which is launched, using the debug command shows that all of the Firefox windows are named "Firefox" even on launch, and yet devilspie fails to match the window.

I was thinking a potential fix may be to add a delay between seeing a window open and matching the rule could work as a workaround, but I didn't think that was possible with devilspie.
