Locking using what program?

Is this still happening?

When using xy() to place a small window in the upper far right corner of the right hand screen in a dual screen setup the object is sometimes, not always, located further to the left after locking/unlocking screens. When it has been moved the window is typically located at the top center of the right hand screen or at the top right hand corner of the left hand screen.
