Some source code determine if it's a Windows target if 'WIN32' is defined, yet at the beginning of '_mingw.h' it gets undefined (line 24) but not redefined later (line 84) if '_WIN64' is defined.

So for instance a specific 'setenv' for WIN32 implementation cannot get compiled in 64 bits.

Temporary solution is using the 32 bits compiler (i386-win32-tcc.exe) instead of the 64 bits version (x86_64-win32-tcc.exe).

Could it be possible not to undefine 'WIN32' without modifying the compiler include files ?
