Apple's AArch64 ABI deviates from the standard in a few places:
This is covered by the two first patches.

Also, macOS/x86 (32-bit) requires the first argument to be aligned on a 16 byte boundary, which is covered by the third patch. I didn't put this behind an ifdef as I figured it wouldn't hurt to do it on the other OSes; but no strong opinion either way.

Background: I just integrated TinyCC in Frida:
I also added a few additional APIs that I'm not sure if will be of interest to upstream, but figured it would be best to start with the fixes.
