Hello everyone,

The attached patch removes the "border" from the frames maximized
to the size of the whole screen.  Sometimes ratpoison users may
want to remove the border when there is just one window visible.

Since I'm just an amateur to rat poisoning, any advice and recommendations on patch are very welcome.
