If using --memfree GNU Parallel will kill some of your jobs and only restart them if --restarts is set.

But maybe it would be fair that GNU Parallel does not count a job that GNU Parallel killed as a restart.

User most likely want all jobs to complete at least once.

So leave --restart for jobs that fail and must be restarted for reasons that are not caused by GNU Parallel.
