I reported a bug that is not realy a bug. This was only my bad
interpretaiton of floating point format. Please remove bug #14945.

Function call atof(const char * c) with c pointing on "0.0" does not convert properly. The function simply clear all registers that represent floating point variable. The resulting number is 5.877e-39.
