Map::removeTeam() didn't remove the forbidden/guard-gradient
and the exploredArea

I was able to confirm bug but it wasn't fixed with my update. I reactivated the bug as I don't have time to work on it within the next week or so. I found that problem always happens when a team is removed and then added regardless of the speed it is done. I'm pretty certain the problem is located within map.cpp within lines 1129-1190 if someone wants to look at that code.

You may have to increase and decrease a few times before it crashes.

When you make a map, and you hit + (increase teams) and - (decrease teams) too fast, it crashes. It happens every time on any map I make. The output from gdb can be found here:
