To use TimeEntry with phpBMS you must copy the TimeEntry files into the phpBMS modules/ folder before running the main phpBMS installer.
To do this, grab the latest version of TimeEntry.
$ cd path/to/phpbms/
$ cd modules/
$ git clone git://git.savannah.nongnu.org/timeentry.git timeentry/
Next, run the installer and when given a choice of modules to install, be sure to select TimeEntry.
