How to report problems!

Item posted by Rudy Gevaert <rudy> on Sat 27 Dec 2003 09:10:49 AM UTC.

Please look at the mailing list archives (http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/savannah-hackers/) before mailing/submitting any bugs.
Most of the time you will see that your bug already has been reported.

What about the "Get support" reports? (posted by Mark Wielaard, Sat 27 Dec 2003 09:37:08 PM UTC)

I (and others) have put reports at the Savannah Help/Get Support list at http://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=administration

Isn't that an easier place to check bug report status?
Or do you currently only accept bug reports through the mailinglist.

One of the reported bugs is that support requests and bug report changes are not send to mailinglists anymore so maybe you haven't seen these reports at all.
