AntiRight has been Redesigned

Item posted by Jeffrey Bedard <jefbed> on Sun 04 Jul 2004 12:25:02 AM UTC.

The AntiRight desktop environment has been redesigned to revolve around the architecture henceforth known as the AntiRight Configuration Environment, or ACE. This envionment implements the GUI through simple interaction with arshell, the interface manager. This allows the GUI toolkit to be easily changed, though multiple toolkits have yet to be implemented. The backend of the environment is implemented in scripted fashion, primarily using bash and awk. This allows rapid development, encouraging quicker releases and reuse. Testers are needed, so download as soon as its released!
