O.5.0 has a new design. It improves responsivness of the proxy and thus minimize the number of retranmissions that can occurs. In this release, CANCEL are fully supported and the stateless functionnality has been disabled. (you can use 0.4.8 for stateless needs.)

0.4.4 out with small fixes.
