gchempaint-0.7.6 released

This is an unstable version and it might be unreliable. It might even not compile (if this happens, please tell).
It can be installed in parallel with a stable release.

News are:

finished all tools reimplementation.
supports theming on a per document basis.
supports compressed native files.
enhanced OpenBabel support with more file formats.
various bugs fixed.
a lot of code cleaning.
updated documentation.

This is the last development release in the 0.7 series. Next release will be
0.7.90 aka 0.8.0beta1 within a couple of weeks or even less.
