Objectify Alpha_31.1 Released

Wow, I had no idea that it had been over a year since the last release. The last year has been quite the roller coaster ride.

Anyway, this was mostly a bug fix release. I added --ignore-path and --ignore-case options to file-verify. I also changed it so that it sorts the reference lists to speed up operations when there are large quantities of files stored.
