I added support for TPI in usbasp: new files: tpi.h,tpi.s and tpi_defs.h in usbasp, some changed and patch for avrdude. Since after build usbasp firmware is larger than 4KB, it requires atmega8 on usbasp. Pin assignment: TPICLK=CLK, TPIDATA=MOSI, RESET=RESET.
Also i fixed usbasp because new avr's require sending "Load Extended Address byte" every 128KB.
I sent patches to Thomas Fischl, but without any response so i add it here. For avrdude there is .patch file, but for usbasp i just packed whole sources.
