This group is not part of the GNU Project.

We simulate the interactions of rare atoms in a cluster.  Our aim is to create code that is simple for undergraduates to understand and be able to contribute to the project.

Development Changes
posted by jadziamd, Sun 25 Jun 2006 10:15:39 PM UTC - 1 reply

The bigest change is that branches will no longer be used for development. All development will be done on the main branch. For individual releases see branches that are labelled: release_major version_minor version.

We have fixed any bugs and typos that were in the original version 1.0. In addition a man page was created, and the install instructions were updated.

Version 1.0

The neighbourlist is currently abandoned. Everything is up and running great.

New Development Branch

A neighbourlist branch has been created as we implement neighbourlists for each atom. This should help us speed up the simulation rates. As well, it has the new APIs and documentation structure.

Main Branch

The histogram branch is soon to be merged with the main branch with the majority of all of its features being implemented. The new features include histogrames, configuration files, and command line options.
