Have added initial tasks to the Task Manager. Most revolve around making the KB more installable, configurable, and portable, as currently getting the KB up and running on a system requires too much Perl knowledge. Also important are tasks related to creating build and test processes, so developers can build and test the thing in an automated/repeatable way (hopefully in different platforms and environments so these problems can be caught).

CVS imported. May need to do over again because projects/kb/KB is kind of weird.
