GNU Sysutils is intended to complement coreutils. These utilities are ones that are either primarily useful to system administrators, or would need to be installed by a system administrator to be useful (Usually because they require extra priviledges in order to function)

A lot of things are happen, though few things emerge here. Basically,
most of the changes taking place currently are done by Barry deFreese,
but since he has not yet received his clearance from the FSF on the
copyright transfer issue, his code is embargoed until this issue has

I'm in the process of preparing the first real checkin of GNU sysutils now,
with several nearly feature-complete programs, as well as some other programs in various states of usability. All programs come complete with manual-pages, but Texinfo-documentation remains to be written. Feel free to contribute to the documentation, complain about the code etc.
Checkin will probably happen on Monday, maybe earlier.
