Tutka is a free (as in freedom) tracker style MIDI sequencer for GNU/Linux and Mac OS X. It is similar to programs like SoundTracker, ProTracker and FastTracker except that it does not support samples but is MIDI only.

- Non-MIDI related commands now work even if no note has been played on the channel
- Setting the tempo and ticks per line using player commands now affect the song properties dialog
