You have reported to the Savannah Administration project.  This is the free software forge.  But you are not talking about anything that seems related to the web site or the hosting or anything.

Savannah hosts the source code for many, many projects.  I assume you must be trying to report to one of them.  I am seeing CentOS mentioned in your report but we are not running CentOS here and not hosting CentOS here.  Therefore I have no idea how to direct you.

What project are you trying to report to?  Please go to that project site and see if they have a place to communicate with that development team. For CentOS that is https://centos.org/ .  Good luck!

mounting same endpoint anonymous works fine.

If not adding add_user, it looks like its mounting, but the actual remote content is not seen in the mounted folder.

Trying to mount artifactory repo and following this https://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/JFROG/Using+WebDAV

Davfs2 version
 mount.davfs  -V
davfs2 1.4.7  <http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/davfs2>

CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003
