Hello,
Just wanted to let you know what an excellent product you have here. I originally started using it on Ubuntu 9.04 and when I upgraded to 10.04 I noticed that the syntax check no longer highlights the line in question or gives any information other than "Errors parsing [filename]". I thought maybe I installed the php cli wrong or something and ignored it. I just did a clean install of 10.10 today and after installing gPHPEdit and the CLI add-on through the Software Center I'm still only getting the "Errors parsing.." line and no highlighting when lint checking. Is this the correct functionality of the lint checker now or have I done something wrong? Thanks for your time!
