Currently the TTS module of Silpa is using dhvani indian language tts as binary and uses popen API to create audio files of given text, the control over audio creation process is minimal in this method. To get more fine grained control over how TTS module works we need to use the dhvani shared library and use it in the module via ctypes module provided by Python. |
