I've added the license text to the README you told me. But I've ensured that the both configure.ac files of the tarball have the copyright text. I copied the license header from the configure.ac file of the parted 3.1 package. you can see it at: http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parted/parted-3.1.tar.xz

On the other hand, the README files have the license text. Not at the header, but bellow the index instead.

Uploaded a new file:

You have not added the license to configure.ac and README in the parent dir and various subdirs(e.g libdoclone/examples).
Please do that and add the tarball once again.

I've made all the changes, but I don't find the re-register URL you've mentioned in your last comment. Anyway, I attach a new tarbal with the changes.

Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Your autotool files (e.g. configure.ac, src/*/Makefile.am) do not include the license text.
The rule of thumb is if the file has more then 10 lines, it should include the license text.

Please register your project once more with the changes mentioned above.
Make sure to apply all changes requested, so you will only need to re-register once.
The re-registration URL found in our acknowledgment of your earlier registration will direct you to the proper location where you can re-register your project.
Regards.

This project is the new version of "gnetic" a project that is also hosted here. I've just decided to change its name.
