Hi Joan,

For the doc/ folder, most of the content was generated documentation so I just removed it. Just handbook.info and doxygen.conf are kept. handbook.info was already containing the licence header, and now, doxygen.conf contain it too.

For the data/ folder, I though it would be ok to document the licencing in the README file. But anyway, I added a licencing header to the text (.cfg) and XML files (.imageset, .looknfeel, .scheme, .layout and .font). I cannot add it to the key-bindings/*.list files as no comment character is supported for now.

At submission I forgot to mention the following dependencies:

- Boost 1.54, Boost Software License;
- and OIS 1.3, zlib/libpng License.

Thanks for your time,

Stephane

Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah. While doing so I have noticed a few problems which are described below.

The package you have uploaded contains many files without license text. For instance, files inside data/* or doc/* folders, README... etc.

The rule is that every file more than 10 lines long is considered nontrivial and must include a license notice, that includes not only source files but also documentation. You may check http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for more information.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

Regards.
