-, original submission:   Make FAM default to installing files in locations compliant with The Filesystem Hierarchy Standard <http://www.pathname.com/fhs/>.  This largely reflects the locations FAM has been modified to use on Debian, except prefix will probably default to /usr/local rather than /usr.  For instance the FAM daemon will probably now default to /usr/local/sbin/famd rather than /usr/local/bin/fam or /usr/bin/fam.
