A user reported that in the "Create a new ticket" form clicking "show all queues" drops what you typed.
If you use your web browser to fill out a form and then
choose not to use the submit button to save what you've
filled out and instead click another link, then your
browser will drop what you've filled out in the form.
The above is what is happening when you click "show all
queues". Clicking "show all queues" is bringing you to
the a new page and the data that you filled in is not
being saved.
I can see why loosing what you typed would be undesirable.
The two easiest fixes I can think of are:
1. Re-write the show all queues form to save what you have
2. Re-write the show all queues form to use javascript so
that you don't actually leave the page.
