We could develop a new architecture later only if it is needed.

Due to the new architecture is completely different to the current source code, we will not commit it to CVS, but directly to a new GIT repository as exposed at http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/gnuherds-app-dev/2007-04/msg00064.html
