Certification of what?

  • A business/organizations which follows the Free Software rules.

  It could be certified by the FSF

  • A developer does not need to be certified as "Free Software contributor" because it is easy to check it on the web. Just browse the email list, cvs/git web, etc. Anyway, maybe it could be useful allow to set a certification-tag to a person too.
