To make the audit and maintenance of the LI_LH_Id skill tags easier new fields has been added to the Skills data base table:

LI_LicenseName varchar(255)
LI_LicenseURL varchar(255)

[DELAYED]: A new web page at the web application should be developed to allow such maintenance without the need to get a ssh account in the host. Only the user/s with administration permission will be able to access to such Skills maintenance feature.
