curently the organizer can make an item move up and down by clicking on the action buttons (up arrow and down arrow). When one wants to move them several places, we need to do this several times. one way to avoid this is to select the item, and then click on the up or down arrows of that item above which or below which we want to place the selected item. This will simplify the organizer several folds. This will also let an item move from one branch to another without any problem.
implementing is easy: when a selected item exists, move the selected items to above or below the item on which the user clicks.
If a selected item is null, do as now, that is move it one step up or down.
