Hi,

We are waiting for an answer from you.

If within one week I still do not get a reply, I will remove your
project. You will still be able to register it again once you have the
time to deal with the registration issues.

Are you still willing to host your project at Savannah? If not, please
tell us - we don't bite, and it will make us gain time.

Regards.

Yes, I will continue with the evaluation of this projecct.

Before approval, we prefer to see your source code, so we can check it
for legal issues (even non-functional code is OK). Among other checks,
we will check that the source files contain appropriate copyright
notices and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning of every
copyrightable file. Our review helps catch potential legal issues
early.

If you need Savannah right now, please explain to us why; otherwise,
please resubmit the project when you have source code.

If we approve your project without source code, we will review the
code in the near future (or better, at your request). If then the
source code does not meet our requirements (for example, non-free
dependencies), we will then discuss the issue and possibly remove the
project from Savannah.

Do you need the Savannah services now, and if yes do you agree with
the above conditions?

Regards.

Hello,

I'm really sorry for such a ridiculous delay in review.  OTOH, when people don't answer your mail I think it's normal to ping them, so is here.

If you're really interested in hosting your project at Savannah please don't hesitate to ping the reviewers if you feel the delay is inappropriate.  We're all volunteers and do the reviews in our free time (which I happen not to have for the past year).

I've been contacted privately by Mario, a guy taking care of the most projects recently.  He'll take care of this item.

Regards,
Alex

Hi,

Sorry for delay.

Are you still planning to use Savannah?  If not, please tell
us--this will make us gain some time to review other projects.

Regards.

Description:

We are a small team who want to develop a game engine based on peer-to-peer tech. The main idea behind is to create tools capable of interactions between existing worlds and games on internet. We will start with little prototypes in Python and XMPP. We will probably move to C++ later. Though we have just a little bibliography, few references and no code at this time, we are being encouraged in our idea. Our approache is based on some already existed algorithms as well as on our "now-how" that we would like to realise. Our another aim is to attract researchers, developers, testers and everybody else interested. Here are some links to packages, source or documentation we need more investigate :
