Hi,

it is somewhat of a custom to put the gpl.txt into the main directory.

Other than that, I found no issues and can approve the project now.

Good luck with it.

General Description

FNM is a command-line application designed to make filename
manipulation of multiple filenames easy. The basic idea is that you should be able to perform the same filename manipulating action on multiple files.

Example of Usage

Lets say you have a directory containing several files that have names including the character sequence xyz and you want it replaced by the character sequence abc. Then you can simply navigate to that directory and run:

$ fnm -r xyz abc *

Programming Language: C

Tarball URL:

http://savannah.gnu.org/submissions_uploads/fnm-0.0.1.tar.bz2
