Note that we only can host it on Savannah if all plugins the project uses are Free Software. In addition, they must also have GPL-compatible licenses.

In the SC68 plugin dir, I saw you updated the original GPLv2+ license notice with the GPLv3+ text. This is of course a good thing to do, but now the copyright line of the original author slipped down below. I think it is a custom that all copyright lines come above the license text.

Either way, I trust you to take care of these issues and approve your project. Your hosting account will be created shortly.

Have fun with developing UMSE.

Hmm yes, i'm contacting the author for this.
However, my project doesn't use it yet.
I removed contents of this directory.

Please use the web interface of the Savannah item tracker for all communication, so it is easier for us to follow.

You sent me a updated tarball. This tarball has a directory tinysid-core, which contains source files that have to be dealt with. Many still do not contain copyright&license notices and some even say  "spreading of the source code is FORBIDDEN!!!", so the project can't be hosted on Savannah in its current form.

Hello,

there are some .c and .h files which are missing the copyright&license statements. Please add them.

Also, I ask you to put such a statement in every non-trivial makefile (more than 10 lines).

The rest looks fines, so we can approve this project as soon as these issues are resolved.
