When WeeChat is displaying something (with a call to Curses), and SIGWINCH is received, WeeChat tries to call endwin().
Result is a deadlock on a write() into Curses library.
WeeChat is therefore unusable and doesn't answer to anything (keyboard, FIFO pipe, ..)
