Colours for cyrillic nicknames in a chat window are wrong. Unlike regular latin nicknames, they have "white" colour almost everytime. But they happen to become "red" (etc.), "underlined" or even with a non-regular background colour. I stumbled upon a yellow nickname with a yellow background and had to use mouse to read it (iirc, that nickname was a voiced one, if that ever matters). Colours are chosen on a random basis for everybody everytime. So, Vladimir can be "white" now, but next time he shouts, we will see him being "light blue", for example.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Cyrillic nicknames can be seen in RusNet (not only there), so, connect to utf8.rusnet.org.ru/7770 , then /join #linux .
2) Wait, until someone with a cyrillic nick speaks.
Actual results:
His nick's colour is "white", but next time it changes suddenly.
Expected results:
His nick's colour is defined as are latin ones. By hash, or whatever. So, if it's "blue" then it's blue forever.
