By the way, problem happens on any server.
And display bug is only on nick in input bar (nicklist bar is OK).

This should probably be in display, not irc.

I've noticed that if you create a channel on EFnet, WeeChat doesn't recognize you as an op because although you are shown as an op in the initial /NAMES list, there is no MODE +o message.

13:58:33     efnet <-- │ JOIN #nyuszika7h
13:58:33     efnet --> │ :n!nyuszika7h@cadoth.net JOIN :#nyuszika7h
13:58:33     efnet --> │ :irc.servercentral.net MODE #nyuszika7h +nt
13:58:33     efnet --> │ :irc.servercentral.net 353 n = #nyuszika7h :@n
13:58:33*    efnet --> │ :irc.servercentral.net 366 n #nyuszika7h :End of /NAMES list.

This seems to be fixed as soon as you switch buffer and switch back, or someone else joins etc.
