uhm.. actualy it seems the sysinfo struct and associated function are linux-specific.

we should probably fix the code with a replacement for sysinfo. anyone knows how to get system load parameters portably? maybe sysconf ()?

need to declare the sysinfo structure, and add a replacemtn for the missing stuff provided by <linux/kernel.h> on GNU/Linux's <sys/sysinfo.h>.

this includes SI_LOAD_SHIFT. a fixed <sys/sysinfo.h> is needed for Debian's autobuilder software (http://m68k.debian.org/buildd/getting.html)
