Please submit a pull request to my repo to change the README file to adequately describe what libpipeline can and what cannot. (You know better than me.)

It seems that deadlock avoidance with libpipeline is not as easy as with libcomcom. If it is so, please mention it in your pull request.

After this, you could link to libcomcom.

libpipeline has users, not customers: nobody has ever paid me for developing libpipeline.  (I have a steady income from other sources and have never felt the need to monetise libpipeline.)

While ordinarily I might be willing to link to other similar libraries, this one seems to have active misinformation about libpipeline in its README, which makes me reluctant to link to it.  Avoiding the deadlock situation you describe should be perfectly possible with libpipeline using pipeline_pump, perhaps along with pipecmd_new_function to create a command that calls a function that writes whatever output you want the rest of the pipeline to accept as its input.  If that doesn't work, I would appreciate a bug report with specific details.

Please add to http://libpipe ... ne.nongnu.org/ a link to https://github.co ... vporton/libcomcom because your customers may want to see it.

It seems libcomcom has features (deadlock-free input/output) libpipeline does not have.
