bug #56932: doubled line and doubled active text marker in text field when adding new line before an existing

When I edited one of my text fields, which had 3 lines,
I experienced strange doubling of the last line and the text marker (see attached picture).
It happened when I put the marker at the end of line 2 and hit return key to add a new empty line before the third one.
It does not happen when you put marker at the beginning of line 3.

I use version 0.14.17 with Ubuntu 19.04
