ReTux 1.3 Released (Update: 1.3.1)

A new version of ReTux released. As always, it can be found on the download page, and the password is the same. This version of ReTux features the following changes since version 1.2.1:
- The Spanish translation has received a huge update, resulting from collaboration between Heckyel and another person named Jorge.
- Some mistakes in the Japanese translation have been fixed.
- The level preloading progress window is now dynamically sized rather than a fixed height, meaning translations can fit more text in it than the English text does.
- A translation file is now available for English, meaning you can manually select English using the "-l en" command-line option.
- Fixed the brick shard sprite not being transparent (this was introduced by a SGE update in version 1.2).
- Unsupported characters are now displayed as the question-mark-in-a-square glyph, rather than as blank spaces.
- Only one of any of the ice crack sounds will now play at a time. (Previously, multiple ice crack sounds could play at once, amplifying the sound in an inconsistent way.)
Update: It turns out I forgot to include a new dependency with version 1.3, so I have made a bugfix release, 1.3.1. This release also includes a typo correction in the Spanish translation.
